While we liked the size and style, and found it sturdy built, we found the advertised color of Oil Rubbed Bronze to be incorrect. The actual color is so close to black that we had to put its cage next to our black computer chair to see the small difference. The box was marked with the bronze BZ part number, so we are returning it for a oil rubbed bronze light that is actually that color!

This light was very easy to install. It would have been easier if I wasn't trying to cover a 6" square hole! I had to use a ceiling medallion and the standard 10" would have been much easier but the light is too close to edge of the room it would have hung over so trying to mount the light to the bracket created a new challenge. Done! The light looks great, I can't believe.

When I was shopping for light fixtures, I didn’t want any that enclosed their bulbs because the enclosed fixtures don’t allow enough air flow around the bulb. This fixture solves that problem because the dome is actually bigger than it looks in some of the pictures. I have included a picture of the lamp with both 100-watt equivalent LED and CFL bulbs. The LED bulb is size A21. The much smaller bulb on the floor is a standard 60-watt equivalent LED bulb, and even that bulb is identified on the box as an A19.
